"Shana and crew were selected to strip/clean/wax the floors in our Church (somewhere around 7000 sq ft). A different company has performed this work for us in the past but it seemed like the floors were looking a little worse every year. Shana was extremely punctual, arriving not on-time but about 10 minutes before. Her and her crew worked very long hours to get the job finished in a timely manner. The floors were in such bad shape there were many places they had to be stripped 4 - 5 times. I honestly believe any other company would have given up after the 2nd or 3rd stripping and just put down the wax. Shana did it right, not giving up until the old wax was removed and the floors were properly prepped. Shana was very good about giving updates and letting us know if the completion time needed to changed. The floors look like new, truly amazing the difference. I can’t imagine anyone being able to do a better job. I don’t even know anyone that can do as good of a job. Carpet Care Plus will be maintaining our floors from now on. Great people and super work."

"Shana and Carpet Care Plus was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I purchased a home in the area and wanted everything cleaned before we moved in. Once Shana got to my home, she sent me pictures of everything that was going to get cleaned and the estimate before the work started. The prices were excellent and the pictures that she sent afterwards were amazing. They made the carpets, grout, and tile look brand new. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs and will definitely be having them come out next to clean my wood floors! Thanks again!!"
